What does Angel Ecommerce do?
Angel Ecommerce Ltd offer pay-as-you-go online shops for small to medium-sized businesses. Our complete service includes either one of our premium website themes or we can integrate your existing website design into our system. If you are looking for a new design we also offer a bespoke design service. As well as your new website, our service also includes secure web hosting, email hosting and outstanding support. There are no contracts, setup fees, or nasty lock-ins, and you can cancel at any time.

If I decide not to use Angel Ecommerce after my trial, will I be charged?
No you will not be charged a penny. Feel free to take a trial and if you feel it is not for you after the 14 days, then you are under no obligation to sign up and you can walk away.

Are there any minimum term contracts?
No, our service is run on a pay-as-you-go basis so we do not have a minimum term contract. We don't like to make our customers feel like they are locked in a contract so this gives you the freedom and control over your subscription.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you are under no obligation to renew your subscription at the end of the month or year, although we'd be very sad to see you go!

Is there a setup fee and any hidden costs?
There are no nasty hidden costs, our prices shown on the pricing page are exactly what you will pay. We do not charge a setup fee, unlike some of our competitors.

Do you take a transaction fee?
No, we do not take a transaction fee for sales through your website.

Can I pay monthly rather than annually?
Yes, we have two simple payment plans for our premium ecommerce solution. Either pay £35 per month or alternatively pay £348 for one year and save £72! 

What do I need before I can open my shop with Angel Ecommerce?
First of all you need something to sell. Then you need to choose one of our supported payment handlers (E.g. PayPal) so you can accept payments from your new website. Don't worry we can help you decide if you are unsure.

Do I need to sign up with a credit/debit card?
You can either choose to sign up with a credit/debit card or by cheque if you prefer.

Do you offer different packages?
To make things easy we offer one main premium ecommerce solution which is everything you need to start selling online and provides an excellent platform for future growth. You can either choose from one of our premium templates if you don't already have a website, or let us integrate your existing design into our system. If you are wanting something a little different, we offer a bespoke design service which tailors your new website specifically with your business in mind.

I already have a design for my website, can you make my Angel Ecommerce website look like this?
Yes, we have a team of experienced developers who integrate designs into our ecommerce solution. You can choose our design integration service on checkout which includes one years subscription for a one-off price of £850. The following year (if you choose to re-subscribe) would cost either £35 per month or £348 per year depending on how you wish to pay.

Using Angel Ecommerce

Can I update the website myself?
Yes, your website will have its own password-protected admin area where you can log in yourself and carry out tasks such as update stock, add new products, add new categories, add/update custom pages like "About Us", view new orders, view sales reports and much more. How many items/products can I have in my shop?
We haven't noticed any slow-down when our system has over 10,000 products on a single website on our server, so we're confident our solution will be more than adequate. We don't restrict the amount of products you can have on your websites like similar services online. Some services restrict the service by saying for example, you can only add 50 products. We do not do this.

Do I need to know how to programme in HTML?
No, you do not need to know how to programme in HTML to use and operate your web shop. Our system is very easy to use without prior experience in computer programming. For those who have, you can however insert HTML code into pages if you wish.

Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes, you can use an existing domain name and we will set it up on our servers free of charge. We will show you how to transfer your domain name upon subscription.

Your account with Angel Ecommerce

What does an Angel Ecommerce website cost?
For our all-in-one solution you can either pay-as-you-go monthly or annually. It costs £35 per month or £348 per year (Saving £72).

How can I pay for my website?
You can sign up on our website and pay securely using your credit/debit card, or pay through PayPal or Google Checkout. Alternatively you can send a cheque made payable to Angel Ecommerce Ltd. All recurring invoices may be paid this way also.

How do I get notified about billing?
You will get notified about your subscription via email. On subscription you will specify an email address which all correspondence will be sent to. Emails will be sent when the renewal date of your website is close to ending and will contain instructions on how to renew.

What support is provided with your service?
We pride ourselves in providing outstanding support to all our subscribers and to those interested in using Angel Ecommerce Ltd. You may contact us by telephone on 0113 815 1159 or use our live help feature on our website where you can chat online to one of our representatives. We also have a support ticket system where you can send us your query and we will get back to you via email. We also have a tutorials section which can be found when you log into your account on our website. Here you will find a series of PDF documents containing instructions on how to carry out various tasks in your website.

Where can I find tutorials to help me?
Our tutorials section can be found if you click the link on the menu at the top of our website labelled "My Account". Then enter you log in details to gain access to your account. Once you have logged in you should see the link to view the series of tutorials.

Accept payments through your website

How can I take payments from customers?
After your website has been set up, you can accept payments on your website via cheque, cash on delivery or bank transfer. However you can easily add online payment processing solutions quickly and easily so you can start accepting payment through your website. To do this a payment gateway is needed such as PayPal, Google Checkout or SagePay.

What payment gateways do you accept?
Our system accepts many payment gateways so you can accept payments through your website from a variety of methods. For a complete list please see our accepted payment gateways page.

Security

Do you take backups of my website?
Yes, we take daily backups for all our subscribers. This includes a full backup of the website including product images and your website's database containing your full product catalogue, orders and settings etc.
